Use: Gently rub the wet toothbrush with warm water on the solid toothpaste. Very little toothpaste is enough to be effective, because saliva will make more foam. Brush your teeth as you would with a normal toothpaste and rinse your mouth!
Store: Place it on a soap dish, insert it in the glass of toothbrushes or put it in a liqueur glass, or simply slide it into its box. So many solutions, the limit is your creativity! :)
This toothpaste is solid, so it does not contain water. The water can help bacteria to spread. Thus it is possible to keep it safely for hygiene.
Compost the stick: Once your toothpaste is finished, throw the stick in the compost for a zero waste target! Even the cardboard of the box is biodegradable, therefore compostable thanks to the use of vegetable-based inks used for printing, as well as non-toxic paint.
Certifications: Cruelty Free & Vegan certified by PETA, certified by Slow Cosmétique!
Frequently Asked Questions about Solid toothpaste
How to store my solid toothpaste among various uses?
If you have a toothbrush glass with a fairly narrow neck, you can insert the solid toothpaste vertically. You can also place it on a saucer or a soap dish. This solid toothpaste is antibacterial, so it can't get dirty! However, if the idea of seeing it take dust bothers you, you can put it in a small jar of glass jam in which you can make a hole to pass the stick. You can also use our Lamazuna jar in which the cap is already provided with holes where you can insert the stick and is ready for use.
How to carry my solid toothpaste on vacation?
As has been suggested above, you can put solid toothpaste in our glass jar, or use a small used jam jar or any jar with a lid where you can cut a slot for the stick. Even a shower glove as suggested for schampoo is still a good way to carry solid toothpaste.
Is it possible that several members of the same family can use the same solid toothpaste?
Solid toothpaste is antibacterial, so there is no risk of transmitting germs from one person to another. However, if you are not familiar with this idea, you can choose a solid toothpaste for each family member and customize the stick to recognize it: a little touch of nail varnish so that everyone has their own color, or the names written with a felt-tip pen or adhesive tape, the solutions abound!
Can I really compost the stick when my solid toothpaste is finished?
Of course, it is also possible to use it for plant marker for example!
Can I use my solid toothpaste when hiking?
As you could read above, 100% of its ingredients are of natural origin. Both vegetable and mineral come from nature. You can use toothpaste like your solid shampoo in high mountains or a river, without creating any pollution.
Can this solid toothpaste be used by children?
Having no essential oil, this toothpaste is ideal for children, pregnant women and nursing mothers.
Can I use this solid toothpaste with an electric toothbrush?
The vibrations of electric toothbrushes may be too strong for the cube of our toothpaste. We therefore recommend rubbing the wet toothbrush on the toothpaste to create foam before lighting the electric toothbrush.
