Helen Petitgrain (bitter orange) essential oil

Preparation: The essential oil is steam distilled fromt the leaves and branch ends of the plant.

Main components: Linalyl acetate, geranyl acetate, neryl acetate, linalool, terpineol.

Medical and cosmetic benefits: Strong antispasmodic, antiinflammatory, antiseptic, deodoring, digestive, stomachic. Helps cleansing contamination, reduces sebum production, antiseptic.

Effects on the soul and mind: Calms, balances, revitalises. Clears emotional confusion.

Usage: 4-5 drops in aroma lamp, 8-10 drops in aroma bath. For skin cleansing, pour 4-5 drops into 1 dl vegetable oil or water.

Special notes: Petitgrain essential oil isn't toxic, doesn't cause sensitivity, irritation, and phototoxicity.
