Quark balls (Hungarian dessert):
For the balls:
50 dkg quark10 dkg grits2 tablespoons of rice flour4 eggs1 pinch of saltFor the sauce:
25-30 dkg fresh or frozen berries like raspberries or strawberries15 dkg sugar1 dl water2 tablespoon of rice flour
Put the ingredients in a bowl, mix with your hands, and let it rest for 20-30 minutes. Resting makes the forming of balls easier. Form 2,5 cm balls with your hands. Put them in slightly salty boiling water, and cook for 8 minutes or until they float to the top. Meanwhile mix the ingredients of the sauce, and cook until the fruits soften. Serve the balls with the sauce for a nice dessert.
