Spelt husk refill for pillows

The husk of spelt preserves the power of the sun, and it is medicinal due to its 90% silica content. Silica is a water-bound silicon oxide, that can get off the husk while it is drying, and into our bodies, easing spasms, inflammations and pain. Spelt husk pillows are great if you have shoulder or neck pain, and for migraine caused by these, joint pain and insomnia. (The silica evaporates for approximately 2-3 years.) Spelt husk is breathable and light, yet stable so it can relieve neck muscles and help the blood circulation of the brain. The husk won't get too hot, which makes it suitable for those who sweat a lot too. The husks can be adjusted to any sleeping position. They support the body, relaxing the muscles in any position. Spelt husk pillows can help in case of fatigue, exhaustion, poor concentration abilities, migraine, sleeping disorders, muscle and joint pains, menstrual and postpartum pains, and in the rehabilitation after a longer illness. According to Hildegard, it is beneficial to hampered respiration, heartache, migraine, ear infection and weather sensitivity alike. It soothes the pain if you put it on the aching part of your body, no matter if it is your back, head, rheumatism, bladder problem or menstrual pain.
