Safety is guaranteed by an extra absorbent cotton layer, and below it a breathing but waterproof PUL layer. The whole area between the legs is lined.
The panties are scrundies style, therefore there is no rubber band at the waist or hip. It is a comfortable wear even during period with period cramps.
Due to its pocket-like desing it dries fast. The absorbent layer is not removable, but the design helps air movement and eases drying.
Cleaning:
Hand or machine wash at 30 or 40°C. If you find it necessary, occasionally it can be washed at 60°C, but it is not advised to regularly wash at such a high temperature as the material can wear off with time.
If there is a blood stain, rinse with cold water which removes fresh blood. If there is still any stain, use a stain remover soap (bull gall soap or vegan stain remover). Rub the stained area, leave it rest for minimum 1-2 hours or even one whole night. Then you can rinse the panty before wash, or wash it without rinsing.
If necessary, you can rinse the panties in water with vinegar. Do not rinse them in sodium percarbonate (stain remover salt) as the waterproof layer can be affected by it on the long term.
Do not machine dry or iron!
