After successful payment we send the voucher at the same time as the invoice of your purchase, as an email attachment.

Important: Each purchased voucher arrives in a separate email, even if the vouchers were listed in the same order. In case you order several vouchers, please, double check all emails sent from our email address, and their attachments.

The Zöldbolt voucher can be used in the www.zoldbolt.hu webshop and the Zöldbolt shops for purchasing eco-friendly products.

The purchase happens by using the specific code noted on the voucher. One voucher can only be used once. The voucher usage is not linked to the name of the person who purchased it, it can be used by anyone.

Validating the voucher:

In order to validate your voucher, look for the voucher code field at the last step of the order process, "Finalize your order". Enter the voucher code to the field "If you have a coupon, please enter the coupon code!", and press the Redeem coupon button. After that finalize your order.

If the voucher does not cover the total price of your order, you can pay the rest with the payment method chosen by you.

You can also validate your voucher in our shops, by handing it over to the shop assistant. If you purchase for less than the total amount of the voucher, we cannot give back the leftover amount.

The voucher can be handed over to an other person, it is not linked to any person or name. For this reason, please, take a good care of your unused vouchers, because anyone who receives this data will be able to make the purchase. If the voucher is lost, stolen or damaged, it cannot be exchanged to a new voucher.

Important: if you add a voucher to your shopping cart, you cannot choose payment after receiving the products (payment on delivery, or cash payment in the shop)! You will be able to choose bank card payment, or prepayment with bank transfer.
