Our family business owns 23 ha land in Szabolcs, in the Northeastern region of Hungary, which is famous for its fruit production thanks to its ideal climate and soil. The business was founded in 2005, and our main activities are organic fruit and juice production. Our processing plant works since 2008, and it can produce 3000 liters of juice per day.
On the 23 ha land, we cultivate 2.5 ha sour cherries, 1 ha apricots, 0.5 ha pears and 16 ha apples, the rest is ploughland and forest. Besides these we also produce some vegetables, beetroot, carrots and tomatos, which are for the vegetable juices. The whole land is farmed ecologically, and certified by Biokontroll Hungary.
All of the family members work in the business: The son, Árpád leads the processing plant, Andrea cultivates the orchard, the father is the head of the business, and the mother is the accountant.
We sell most of the products in Hungary, and export a smaller quantity to Sweden and the Netherlands.
Our apple juice won the Organic product of the Year and the people's choice award in Foodapest 2004.
