Stadelmann's Menstruation Massage Oil

Ingeborg Stadelmann's recommendations:

• For best results, begin treatment the day before your period begins, and at the first signs of pain rub the oil onto the back and abdomen several times daily.


• In case of severe pain, carry out the procedure hourly and supplement it by applying a warm compress, cherry pit or herb cushion.


• It is also helpful to wet the abdomen first with warm water or lukewarm rose hydrolat.


• This oil helps to alleviate high blood pressure.


• If you are suffering from stomach ache caused by tension and anger, you may well find relief by applying a warm Menstruation Massage Oil compress.
