Helen European red pine essential oil

Preparation: The essential oil can be steam distilled from young plant branches, but the best quality oils are made of the pine needles.

Main components: Kadinen, fellandren, pinen, karen, cimol, camphor.

Medical and cosmetic benefits: For creams against rheuma and joint pains. It helps against the symptoms of fatigue, eases breath, reduces muscle cramps. It can be used to cure sport injuries due to its stimulative and painkiller effect. It can also be used for bath, sauna and air vaporizing.

Effects on the soul and mind: Strong sedative, relieves anxious fear, and helps overcoming mood swings.

Usage: 4-5 drops in aroma lamp, 8-10 drops in aroma bath. For skin care, pour 4-5 drops of essential oil into 1 dl vegetable oil or water.
