How to use it? Here's an example! :
Gluten-free crépes:
Ingredients:
0,5 liter milk
5-6 tablespoons of brown rice flour
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 packet of vanilin sugar
1 pinch of salt
1-2 tablespoons of oil
sparkling water
Mix the eggs and the sugar, then add the milk. Mix in the brown rice flour, oil and salt. If its too thick, add some sparkling water. Oil a non-stick pan, and fry the crepes in it.
