Sunflower sprouts have a slight hazelnut taste. It contains many vitamins and minerals, has a high protein and oil content. Among others it contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, B12, D, E, F, K, minerals (calcium, phosphor, iron, magnesium, potassium, zync, natrium, copper), enzymes, and essential oil (cc. 40% oil), rich in unsaturated fatty acids.
Clean the sprouts of the shell before consuming. Great match with cheese, yoghurt, cottage cheese, salads.

For a plate of sprouts you will need 1-2 tablespoons.
Temperature needed for spouting: cc. 20°C, water daily.
Before sprouting it is recommended to soak the seeds for 4-8 hours.
