Radish sprouts are slightly spicy. You can use it in several foods, raw or cooked. Great addition to any muesli, yoghurt, cottage cheese, or salad mix.
Growing: all year around.
For a plates of sprouts you will need 2-3 tablespoons of seeds.
Temperature needed for sprouting: cc. 20°C, water daily.
Before sprouting it is recommended to soak the seeds for 4-8 hours.
Sprouting time: 3-4 days.
