Apply in thin layer (36-40 g/ adult skin surface) on the wet skin 5-10 min before sun bathing. Reapply after swimming! Don't stay on the sun at the hour around noon, when the sun is the strongest! Toddlers and small children should be in the sun with clothes protecting from the light or with sunshades. The mineral pigments of the product can stain clothes, but it can be washed out with more detergent.
