Flour made of sourghum grown in Hungary.
Ideal addition to other flours for breads, cookies, pizza, pancakes. Especially recommended for gluten-free diet, as it gives a right consistence to the dough without gluten.
Contains a lot of fibres, protein, iron and anti-oxidants. It is more slowly digested than white flour, therefore can also be used as a complement to fitting diet.
