HUDURO flour has higher protein content than wheat flour, and within the protein, higher percentage of essential a aminoacids. HUDURO flour also contains higher amount of P, K, Ca, Cu, Mg and Zn than wheat flour. These minerals can help increase the mineral and micronutrient intake of the organism.
HUDURO flour contains approximately double amount of vitamins E, B1, B2 and B6 if compared to wheat flour, and its raw fibre and nutritional fibre content is also over the double of wheat flour, while its carbohydroxid content is 10% less than that of wheat flour.
