Dry inhalation:
Pour 1 drop of essential oil on a tissue, and inhale it 2-3 cm from your nose.
Relaxing aroma bath: Mix 5-15 drops of lavender essential oil in a tablespoon of milk or honey, and add it to the bath. Recommended time of bath: 10-15 minute.
Foot soak: pour 3-5 drops of oil on a tablespoon of salt, then dissolve it in 2-3 liters of water. Soak your feet for 10-15 minutes. It refreshes the skin of the feet and it can reduce sweating.
Sauna: add 4-6 drops of oil to the bucket of water, then pour it on the hot rocks.
Massage: Mix 12 drops of oil in 0,5 dl sunflower oil and massage it in the skin.
For bruises, pimples, itching insect bites: Mix 1-3 drops of essential oil in 1 teaspoon of olive oil, and gently massage it in the skin.
Great mixed with these essential oils: peppermint, lemon, pine, eucalyptus, geranium, grapefruit, lemongrass, thyme, sage, roman chamomile, rosemary, clove and tea tree.
