Red cabbage sprouts are a great topping on buttered bread, salads, and muesli.
Anti-inflammatory, fester-curing and blood cleansing. High content of Vitamin C, B1, B2, and minerals (K, Ca, Mg).
Growing: all year around.
For a plate of sprouts you will need 1 tablespoon of sprouts.
Temperature needed for sprouting: cc. 20°C, water twice a day.
Before sprouting, soak the seeds for 4-8 hours.
Sprouting time: 6 days.
